Welcome to Brand2MICE (brand2mice.com). By accessing our website, requesting event quotations, or engaging our event management and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Brand2MICE

Brand2MICE is an elite corporate event planning, production, and MICE management agency operating across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region. With over two decades of industry leadership, we deliver end-to-end creative concepts, technical production, stage design, AV engineering, content creation, film production, and professional event manpower.

2. Scope of Services & Engagements

All event proposals, timelines, budget breakdowns, and scopes of work provided by Brand2MICE are subject to formal confirmation via a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Event Execution Contract signed by both parties. Specific deliverables, payment schedules, and operational deadlines will be governed by the respective agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative proposals, 3D stage renderings, floor plans, key visuals (KV), thematic scripts, storyboards, videos, and presentation materials created by Brand2MICE remain the sole intellectual property of Brand2MICE until full contractual payment has been completed and explicit usage rights have been granted to the client.

Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, reproducing, or executing proprietary concepts prepared by Brand2MICE with third-party vendors without prior written authorization.

4. Client Obligations & Content

To ensure flawless event execution, clients agree to:

• Provide comprehensive and accurate event briefs, brand guidelines, and required high-resolution assets in a timely manner.
• Appoint an authorized representative for approvals, sign-offs, and on-site decision making.
• Ensure all client-supplied assets, music, logos, and materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

5. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

• Commitment Deposit: A deposit is required upon contract signing to lock in event dates, venue bookings, key technical equipment, and talent procurement.
• Milestone Payments: Remaining payments shall be disbursed according to the milestones detailed in each specific project contract.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: In the event of client-initiated cancellation or date change, actual non-recoverable expenses incurred with third-party suppliers (venues, flights, custom production, contracted performers) will be billed to the client along with applicable administrative and planning fees.

6. Health, Safety & Venue Regulations

Brand2MICE enforces stringent health, occupational safety, and fire safety standards at all event sites. We collaborate strictly with licensed venues, certified rigging engineers, and certified electrical personnel. Both Brand2MICE and the client agree to comply with all applicable local laws, municipal regulations, and venue guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling event obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme severe weather, earthquakes, fires, floods, pandemics, national mourning, armed conflicts, or government orders prohibiting public gatherings (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, both parties will collaborate in good faith to reschedule or safely adapt the event.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably through negotiation shall be referred to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
